As well as providing excellent equipment and staff, Strongroom is the most stimulating atmosphere for creativity this side of Mount Parnassus, thanks to artist Jamie Reid and Michael Nichols who have masterminded the unique visual finishes throughout the complex. There is no doubt that their work for the eyes has been instrumental in building Strongroom's reputation as an unparalleled experience for the ears.
 

The decision to fly in the face of the clinical, neutral interiors of conventional studio design has paid off, with clients constantly eulogising Strongroom's inspirational decor. The idea came from owner Richard Boote, who says, "Having spent to long siting around in boring studios I wanted to build something which was different and exciting, without compromising in any way on technical ecellence."
 

From a single 24-track facility at the heart of a vibrant London music scene in the mid- '80s, Strongroom has grown into a world-class recording and pre-mastering complex featuring four magor recording studios, eight programming rooms and a digital editing/authoring suit, not to mention The Weary Traveller bar and restaurant where clients and industry professionals can meet and relax.
